Tablecloths & Doilies is a 13 track debut album by Christina Joy, a Central Queensland country musician. Christina has crafted these songs with her love of story and lyrics shining through each one and her versatile song writing is an enjoyable journey through the sounds of her heart. The name of the album is not just because she frequently wears doilies on her clothes and turns tablecloths into fashion, but also a nod to all the women who have come before her... the ladies who cared about the little details, and whose hands made intricate lacework and crochet in the evenings. Let us never forget the simple things, like tablecloths, doilies and like the way a good song can touch your soul.
